These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DriverTestPrep. By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Educational Use Only

DriverTestPrep provides study materials for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or other government authority.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. Always consult your official state DMV for current laws, licensing requirements, and official testing information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DriverTestPrep.

If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

While DMV handbook information may be publicly available, our unique wording, explanations, formatting, illustrations, organization, and software remain protected by copyright.

6. No Guarantee of Test Results

We work to keep all content accurate and up to date. However, DriverTestPrep does not guarantee that use of the website will result in passing any official DMV examination.

Test results depend on many factors beyond our control, including individual study habits and changes to official testing standards.

7. Advertising

DriverTestPrep displays third-party advertisements, including advertisements provided through Google AdSense and related advertising partners.

We do not endorse or guarantee any advertised product or service. Any interactions, purchases, or disputes with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of all content at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVERTESTPREP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
